We accept Visa Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, E-Transfer, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Android Pay and of course, Cash.
How Long Does The Detail Service Take, and What Do I Need To Bring?
The Service Time depends on the package you choose and how dirty the vehicle is. Average Duration is as follows:
Bronze Package ( 2 - 3hrs )
Platinum Package ( 3 - 8hrs )
Gold Package ( 2 - 4hrs )
Ruby Package ( 4 - 8hrs )
GT Diamond Package ( 6-10hrs )
On the day of the appointment, clients must provide up-to-date vehicle registration and insurance or proof of ownership. If the vehicle is registered under a different person’s name, then the registered owner needs to be present to give written permission or client will have to bring a permission form from the registered owner prior to Servicing. PLEASE REMOVE ALL PERSONAL ITEMS prior to your appointment. Although we will take utmost care of anything left in your vehicle, We will not be responsible for any items left behind.
What Is Your Warranty Policy?
Detail Warranty: You have 3 months warranty from the day of pick-up for Detail problems or concerns.
Autobody Warranty: You have 1 Year Warranty from the day of pick-up ( except Rust ).

What Is Your Payments and Refund Policy?
Full amount is due upon Delivery. Diamond Autoworx reserve the right to hold the vehicle until all payments has been received in full or otherwise stated in a written agreement.
We have NO REFUND POLICY. If there are any problems with our service, we will inspect and evaluate it to see if it is a genuine problem that we caused. If it ends up being so, as in NO FAULT from the customer then we will correct the problem at NO EXTRA charge to the customer.
