Our Policy

𝚃𝙴𝚁𝙼𝚂 & 𝙲𝙾𝙽𝙳𝙸𝚃𝙸𝙾𝙽𝚂 This is an 𝐸𝑆𝑇𝐼𝑀𝐴𝑇𝐼𝑂𝑁 for work to be completed by a walk-around evaluation and is 𝑁𝑂𝑇 binding if vehicle condition changes prior to schedule appointment or more than 𝟷𝟺 𝙳𝙰𝚈𝚂 lapsed from date of original estimate. This estimate may also change based on a more detail of examination immediately prior to work being down on the vehicle and will be discussed with the customer before proceeding with the service. On the day of the appointment, clients must provide up-to-date vehicle registration and insurance or proof of ownership. If the vehicle is registered under a different person’s name, then the registered owner needs to be present to give written permission or client will have to bring a permission form from the registered owner prior to Servicing. After completion of service and being notified, the customer must pick up the vehicle on the same day as there is no storage space to keep it. We are not liable for anything that happens overnight. 𝑅𝐸𝑀𝑂𝑉𝐸 𝐴𝐿𝐿 𝑃𝐸𝑅𝑆𝑂𝑁𝐴𝐿 𝐼𝑇𝐸𝑀𝑆 prior to your appointment. Although we will take utmost care of anything left in your vehicle, we will not be responsible for any items left behind. 𝙿𝙰𝚈𝙼𝙴𝙽𝚃𝚂 & 𝚁𝙴𝙵𝚄𝙽𝙳𝚂 The 𝐹𝑈𝐿𝐿 𝐵𝐴𝐿𝐴𝑁𝐶𝐸 is due upon delivery / pick up. 𝐷𝐼𝐴𝑀𝑂𝑁𝐷 𝐴𝑈𝑇𝑂𝑊𝑂𝑅𝑋 reserves the right to hold the vehicle until all payments have been received in full or otherwise stated in a written agreement. We have a 𝑁𝑂 𝑅𝐸𝐹𝑈𝑁𝐷 𝑃𝑂𝐿𝐼𝐶𝑌 . If there is any problem with our services, we will inspect and evaluate it to see if it is a genuine problem that we have caused. If it ends up being so, as in 𝑁𝑂 𝐹𝐴𝑈𝐿𝑇 from the client, then we will correct the problem at 𝑁𝑂 𝐸𝑋𝑇𝑅𝐴 𝐶𝐻𝐴𝑅𝐺𝐸. There is a $25 CANCELLATION Fee if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance.
